The Daleks (1963/4) and Dr. Who and the Daleks (1965)
Stepping out onto the dead planet and seeing the solidified creature. Obviously the film looks stunning especially with that green light and the long stretch of trees. The creature looks rather cute in the TV serial (though whether at the time it was more scary who knows?) but also we read that Verity Lambert took that statue home and kept it lol.
The film one looks like some sort of dragon.
